I became a personal trainer 8 years ago because fell in love with the process of helping people get stronger. My client’s ages range from 18 – 72 years old, they’re living proof that fitness is for everyone and age is just a number.

I’m a mom of 4 girls and a postpartum fitness specialist. After my first child I felt so disconnected from my body. I started working with pelvic floor physical therapist and became a certified postpartum specialist.

Now I help other moms restore their core and get (back) into fitness as a form of self care. I understand getting started is hard and if you’re a mom sometimes you feel that working out is time you could be spending with your kids, I used to feel the same way.

Then I noticed every time I made time for myself through a work out I felt better and this carried over to all aspects of my life. For anyone thinking about it this IS the right time to start, you deserve it.
