MEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY
EARLY CANCELLATION:
– 24 hours or more before class time. Log into your account and select ‘cancel reservation’ with no penalty.
LATE CANCELLATION:
– Less than 24 hours before class time will result in loss of class credit.
– Unlimited members will receive a $25 fee.
– UNLIMITED members are allowed 1 Free Late Cancellation per month. No shows are not included.
NO-SHOW, NO CANCELLATION
– Package: Lose class credit and must pay a $20 fee.
– Unlimited Members: $30 no show fee
